A Whidbey Island native with six generations of family roots, Katie offers a unique perspective that bridges both island living and the Greater Seattle market. Whether clients are moving to Whidbey, heading off-island, or relocating somewhere entirely new, she brings steady guidance and a trusted network to every step of the process.
