Katie is an accomplished professional in the real estate industry and values continuing her industry expertise. She is a Master Certified Negotiator (MCNE) and is also recognized as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Recently, she has expanded her expertise by obtaining certifications as an ADU Specialist and a Certified Real Estate Analyst (CREA). Katie is currently pursuing her Commercial Real Estate designation (CCIM).
